The location is very good. Food is excellent. Room is good. (But complete sea facing rooms are not available through MMT) Overall Good Experience.

No proper receiving , Front desk guys busy with kitty parties and marriage events Better as a banquet hall than proving accommodation You have to carry your own luggae till top floor...no help

As per room conditions tariff is to high,no space at all if there was one childern very difficult to manage even 3 to 4 guest coming means very very difficult which I faced, location good,others all are average

Location is very good... Rooms were sort of small... Ok ish staff.... Some are good... Food spread was ok, but all three members in my family had stomach issues after eating

The room was way below average with the saving grace being the partial sea view. The bathroom door couldn’t be locked. Cleanliness was not upto the mark. Had to call reception 4 times for the extra mattress. There was only 1 lift and that was super slow and small. The restaurant on the other hand was very good. Food was delicious and buffet had a nice spread. They really need to amp up their interiors. Just being situated in a good location is not everything.

location excellent, food was good, amenities n service were good. Experienced problem at the time of checkout as far as UPI payment is concerned. I paid through gpay, which shows payment complete, but they didn't receive it. They didn't even check the bank statement properly. They hold us n we had to pay cash. After a huge conversation over fone, today I received the money back after returning kolkata on 15th. This is ridiculous.
